Just over a week ago I got back from a trip to Japan with the dudes from Carhartt. The trip was super radical and I felt quite privileged to go on such an adventure as I've always wanted to see Japan but never got the chance. The travelling wilburys were a solid and very productive crew and are hosts could not have been more obliging, polite, nice and amazing, really really great dudes- big big ups to Kaz & Ike for playing a blinder..domo arigato!! Cheers to Bert Trichet for bringing my hide along..Sanks!
We were mainly in Tokyo, its just too much to take in, such a gigantic mind bending city where Tommy Lee Jones is waiting to greet you on a vending machine on every street corner (the machines even have cans of hot tea!)- I was mainly busy capturing motion pictures, but I had a chance to sneak of a couple of still flicks- here's some of what I saw with my small town eyeballs..
