Here's three things I recently exchanged cash for, up first is Pinback Magazine. Its homegrown, underground, there's no ads, its a platform for artists, writers and poets and its so good! Especially the pun man strip! Its available from The Winding Stairs bookshop, 40 Lwr Ormonde Quay (close to the Ha'panny bridge on The North side) or Forbidden Planet, which is, somewhere else! It even comes with a badge and sticker every issue, like woah!
Next up is the Emerica Video, Stay Gold! So good, there's very little skate vid-yas that I like nowadays but this one is propa! Amazing soundtrack, slick editing and unreal skating, Brandon Westgate got me most stoked I think, although there's so many to take in, well worth the guilders!
Finally I got a Zoom H4 recorder, a nerdy necessary purchase for two things I currently am working on..tested it and it sounds crishpy! I ever got it cheaper in Bray than on the 'ol internets, a turn up for the books and that's even without dodgy dealings involved!
