This little dude right here is The Infant Jesus of Prauge. As Ireland was/still kinda is steeped in religious superstition this little bruiser was not an uncommon site on a doorstep or window sill the day before a big event as he was thought to bring the magical power of holding off the rain, yeah, in Ireland, good luck mate. I took this photo when I was on the road with Al as he skated through the pissing downpours and puddle filled potholes that the west coast of Ireland had to offer..we were passing a little house and I just noticed him hanging out in the window as if to say "Y'allright lads? Lovely weather isn't it?"
He actually got the knickname "The Chile O' Prang" (not to be confused with Krang) one sordid night many years ago when he decided to have a few jars with us, and then out of the blue (I mean grey) he just crops up just to say whadup and to remind us that little mass produced porcelan orniments do not actually have the power to control the weather but they do have enough swing to keep your attention to the end of this blog post.
